01 — overview
These terms govern your purchase and use of “PostgreSQL for AI — Building Intelligent Applications” (the “Book”) by Ahmet Zeybek, sold through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
02 — digital product
The Book is delivered as a digital product in PDF and EPUB formats. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the files. No physical product is shipped.
03 — license
Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license. See the License page for full details on permitted and prohibited use.
04 — pricing & payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which handles tax collection, invoicing, and compliance as the Merchant of Record. VAT/sales tax may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
05 — updates
Your purchase includes all future updates to the current edition of the Book. Updates are delivered through the same download link provided at purchase. Major new editions (e.g., v2.0) may require a separate purchase, with existing customers receiving a discount.
06 — intellectual property
All content, code examples, diagrams, and design elements in the Book are the intellectual property of Ahmet Zeybek. Code examples are provided under the MIT License for use in your own projects. The text, diagrams, and overall structure of the Book may not be reproduced or redistributed.
07 — disclaimer
The Book is provided “as is” for educational purposes. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the author makes no warranties regarding completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Always test code in a development environment before deploying to production.
